Happy New Year!

The holidays came and went, but we had a lot of fun celebrating this year. Sarah loved all the snow we got and built her first snowman. And unlike last year when Santa terrified her, she couldn't wait to sit on his lap this year and tell him what she wanted most...a purple pretend dinosaur and shiny legos to be exact...and thanks to Pops & Nana and Uncle Mark, she got them both! Santa also came to our house a week early this year (since Daddy wasn't going to be home for Christmas) and left her lots of goodies under the tree. She was thrilled!

Happy New Year!
We're 2 weeks into the new year and already have some exciting news to share. Sarah got her first haircut (6")....and I'm sad to say all her beautiful curls went with it.....Dan celebrated his one year anniversary with Mesaba Airlines....I celebrated my 33rd birthday.... we've narrowed down a few cities in Minnesota to check out when we visit this month....AND we're all really looking forward to Sarah's first trip to Disney World on February 1st, where we also get to spend a whole week together as a family which will be a big change, especially since Dan spent most of December and January in Detroit.

( the bottom two pics are just funny ones I took today of Sarah's new way to play her Leapster game....laying upside down off the couch...silly girl! )

Omg. That picture of her with her head tilted (wonder where she gets that??) looks like a little mini Tressa. So beautiful!
